About the Role.
Lead international sales and business development efforts to drive growth in the Middle East.
Manage the complete sales cycle-from strategy and market entry to client relationships and order delivery-while collaborating across teams and maintaining profitability.
Key Responsibilities:.
- Sales & Revenue. Hit sales targets and maintain profit margins.
- Expand presence by finding distributors, agents, and partners.
- Ensure excellent service and strong customer satisfaction.
- Market Strategy. Research market trends and competition.
- Use insights to define entry and growth plans.
- Lead efforts to open new business in target markets.
- Business Development - Visit and nurture relationships with partners.
- Negotiate contracts, tenders, and agreements.
- Manage the full order cycle: quotes - delivery - invoicing.
- Monitor payments and follow up promptly.
- Sales & Marketing Support - Help with regional campaigns and promotions.
- Represent the company at exhibitions and trade events.
- Track performance and share improvement insights.
