
Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned acquisition, revenue, and business growth targets.
- Monitor, manage, and maximize revenue from existing client accounts.
- Collaborate across departments including Pre-Sales, Sales, Customer Onboarding, and Client Services to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and subject matter experts.
- Work closely with the Product team to gather market insights and contribute to product enhancements.
- Identify and analyze customer requirements, and translate them into actionable business solutions.
- Prepare and deliver customer presentations, solution proposals, and Scopes of Work (SOW).
- Train field sales teams on product features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Support customer onboarding and provide initial assistance to ensure successful adoption.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams including Service Delivery, Accounts, and other key departments.
- Conduct product demonstrations and articulate the business value of proposed solutions.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM preferred, especially with a focus on Marketing, Sales, or Business Strategy.
Experience:
- 23 years of experience as senior role in Sales, Pre-Sales, or Business Development.
- Experience in SaaS, CPaaS, Telecom, IT Solutions, or other solution-selling environments is preferred
