
About:
- Achieve assigned acquisition and revenue targets.
- Monitor, manage, and maximize revenue from existing clients.
- Perform duties across multiple departments, including Pre-Sales, Sales, Customer Onboarding, and Client Services.
- Develop and maintain direct relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Collaborate closely with the Product team to enhance products by gathering market requirements.
- Identify and interpret customer requirements for solutions.
- Create customer presentations on solution-related topics.
- Develop detailed Scopes of Work and communicate them to the Development team.
- Prepare customer proposals based on client requirements.
- Train the field sales team on product features and benefits.
- Support customer onboarding and provide initial handholding.
- Interact with various stakeholders, including clients, Service Delivery, and Accounts SPOCs.
- Demonstrate products to customers through interactive demos.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
