Deputy General Manager - Talent Management - Building Material Division - Conglomerate - IIM/TISS/XLRI

We are hiring a DGM Talent Management for building material division of a leading indian conglormerate based out of Mumbai.

Role Overview:

This is a strategic Talent Management role focused on building organization capability, leadership pipelines, culture, OD interventions, learning frameworks, and diversity agenda.

Ideal Candidate:

- Full Time MBA HR from a reputed/pedigree institute mandatory

- Strong experience in TM / OD / Learning roles

- Exposure to mature and matrix organizations preferred

- Experience driving enterprise-wide interventions and projects

- Strong stakeholder management and strategic orientation

- Consulting mindset and strong communication skills preferred
