Role Overview:
We are looking for an accomplished Talent Acquisition professional to join a large and reputed business group based in Mumbai. The incumbent will play a key role in driving leadership and senior-management hiring across the Group, with a particular focus on businesses operating in Ports, Power/Energy, EPC, Infrastructure and allied sectors.
The role requires someone with strong business understanding, excellent stakeholder management skills, and demonstrated experience in identifying and attracting high-quality leadership talent for complex, project-driven businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead leadership and senior-level hiring across designated businesses and functions.
- Partner closely with Business Heads, CXOs and HR Leadership to understand organisation structures, succession requirements and critical talent gaps.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle requirement understanding, market mapping, sourcing strategy, assessment, stakeholder coordination, compensation discussions and offer closure.
- Drive proactive talent mapping and succession pipelines for critical leadership positions.
- Build talent pools across Ports, Power, EPC, Infrastructure, Projects, Engineering, Operations and Corporate Functions.
- Work closely with executive search firms and other recruitment partners while strengthening direct sourcing capabilities.
- Provide market intelligence on talent availability, organisation structures, compensation benchmarks and competitor movements.
- Ensure superior candidate experience and effective engagement of passive senior-level candidates.
- Drive recruitment MIS, analytics, TAT and hiring-quality metrics.
- Contribute towards strengthening the Group's overall Talent Acquisition strategy and employer brand.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 12-18 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Executive Hiring, preferably within a large corporate group or complex multi-business environment.
- Strong track record of independently managing leadership/CXO and senior-management hiring.
- Candidates with hiring exposure to Ports, Power/Energy, EPC, Infrastructure or large Engineering/Projects businesses will be strongly preferred.
- Good understanding of senior talent markets and organisation structures within infrastructure-oriented businesses.
- Strong capability in talent mapping, headhunting and passive candidate engagement.
- Ability to engage confidently with CXOs, Business Heads and senior HR stakeholders.
