Position Summary:
Lead strategic planning, execution, and promotion of automotive spare parts and lubricants across distribution networks, Blue Square retail shops, and e-commerce platforms. Spearhead both Head Office initiatives and field coordination to maximize profitability and strengthen market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement robust sales strategies for distributors, retailers, and digital channels
- Team Leadership: Direct Head Office planning and seamlessly coordinate with field-level sales teams for consistent execution
- Promotional Activities: Design and roll out sales schemes and promotional offers to boost spare parts and lubricant sales
- Performance Management: Monitor profitability, evaluate sales metrics, and deliver insights for continuous optimization
- Customer Engagement: Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to enhance customer interaction, satisfaction, and loyalty
- Market Expansion: Lead business development efforts to grow distribution and capture untapped market opportunities
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- 15-20 years of progressive experience in automotive spare parts sales
- Proven leadership in distributor management and retail network operations
