Role Overview:

We are seeking a senior legal professional to lead and manage litigation matters across the South region. The role involves handling high-stakes real estate cases, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external counsels, and ensuring timely resolution of legal proceedings. The incumbent will also support title due diligence and regulatory compliance for land transactions and development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and monitor ongoing litigations across RERA, Consumer Forums, Civil Courts, High Courts, and Supreme Court.

- Liaise with senior advocates and external counsels to prepare briefs, applications, replies, and arguments.

- Draft and vet legal notices, replies, and litigation-related documents.

- Conduct title due diligence, evaluate land records, and identify potential risks and mitigation strategies.

- Collaborate with internal teams and provide periodic updates on case status and key legal developments.

- Track changes in real estate and regulatory laws impacting the business.

- Maintain organized records of legal documents and case histories.

Ideal Profile:

- 14-22 years of litigation experience, preferably in the real estate / infrastructure sector.

- Hands-on exposure to RERA, property, and contract law.

- Proficiency in Kannada (mandatory) and experience before Bengaluru courts.

- Willingness to travel across Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad.
