- Execute interventions to optimize Cost & Productivity
- Implement & Scale legally compliant Workforce Models
- Implement Performance & Retention Frameworks
3. FTE HR
- Drive succession planning across key leadership roles
- Ensure execution of engagement, culture and inclusion frameworks
- Anchor future fit talent and skill profiling programs
- Monitor people manager capability interventions
- Lead talent development in the region
4. External Environment
- Work Disruption & Union Management
- Labor Authority Engagement
5. Customer Acquisition & Closure
- Support HR readiness in new business acquisition
- Guide talent and manpower plans for new sites
- Build HR solutions for customer RFPs and sales teams
- Govern HR design, costing, and delivery for new projects
- Program manage people-side closures for transitioning sites
Desired skills and Competencies:
- Full Time MBA in HR
- Experience of Team Management of Region/Zone (Minimum)
- Experience of Warehousing HR is preferred
- Good understanding of Blue Collar & White Collar HR Processes
