
Job Overview:
We are seeking a results- driven Performance & Rewards leader to partner with business units in designing and implementing robust performance management, compensation benchmarking, and long- term incentive (LTI) programs. The role blends strategic consulting with hands- on execution to drive talent and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual salary revision cycle, ensuring alignment with market data and business budget.
- Conduct group/position analysis and job evaluation using Hay methodology or similar framework.
- Perform market benchmarking (compensation, LTIs, benefits) for all levels.
- Design, communicate, and administer performance appraisal processes, scorecards, and rating distributions.
- Develop and refine LTI/ESOP schemes, modelling impact and eligibility criteria.
- Partner with L&D to integrate performance outcomes with learning & development pathways.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on talent retention, motivation, and pay equity.
- Manage a small team (2-3 professionals) and coordinate with external consultants when required.
Required Competencies
- Strong expertise in Hay Group methodology, job evaluation, and compensation benchmarking.
- Proven experience (4-5- years) in L&D and performance management, with at least 10- years overall HR experience.
- Proficiency in data analysis, Excel modelling, and HRIS systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills - works collaboratively with business heads and HRBP teams.
- Ability to translate complex compensation structures into clear, actionable plans.
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing abilities.
