Job Overview:

- We are looking to onboard senior leadership professionals for three critical telecom functionsNetwork Operations Center (NOC), Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and Right of Way (ROW).

- This is a single consolidated posting for three independent roles. Candidates will be assessed and hired for one specific role, based on their domain expertise and leadership experience.

Role Briefs:

- NOC Head: Responsible for end-to-end 24x7 NOC operations, network monitoring, incident and escalation management, SLA/KPI governance, and leading large operational teams.

- GIS Head: Will lead GIS strategy, telecom network asset mapping, spatial analytics, data governance, and integration with OSS/BSS and NOC platforms to support network planning and operations.

- ROW Head: Will oversee Right of Way approvals, government and authority liaison, regulatory compliance, and timely execution of telecom infrastructure deployment projects.

Compensation Budget :

- This role offers a maximum hike of up to 15% on current CTC. The budget is capped and no higher revision is possible.
