Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical FP&A candidate to join the finance team for one of our clients based in Mumbai. The FP&A role will be responsible for assisting with financial forecasting, budgeting and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.

- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making across the organization and work closely with Sales and Plant finance on the entire value chain.

- Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial plans with strategic objectives.

- Lead the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting.

- Anchor Business performance reviews and work closely with Business Heads, Global CFO, Investors and Board.

- Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

- Mentor and develop FP&A team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

- Co-ordinate and manage transfer pricing process and build E2E P&L.

- Pricing Analysis and working with commercial teams and sales teams on pricing strategy.

- Business Partnering Collaborate with supply chain on cost productivity initiatives and with sales on pricing analytics.

- Commercial Finance Provide insights on profitability, margin improvement, and capital allocation.

- Costs analytics: Working with teams on zero based budgeting.

- Partnering with product management on NPD pipeline creation and projects tracking and working with product teams on cost and productivity savings.
