Deputy General Manager - Finance - Record To Report - Shared Services

Role Purpose:

Lead and manage the end-to-end R2R function within Finance Shared Services, ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting, strong governance over reconciliations, and compliance with statutory and internal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Reconciliations & Controls: Drive strong control environment and audit-ready documentation

- Statutory & Compliance Reporting: Manage GST reporting, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to timelines

- Month-End Close & Accounting: Lead month-end and year-end closing activities

- Advances, Provisions & Accounting Oversight: Monitor and control advances, provisions, and key accounting entries

- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of ~8 R2R professionals

- Process Governance & Improvement: Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement in R2R processes

- Stakeholder Management

Key Requirements:

- 15+ years of experience in R2R / Shared Services / Controllership

Education: CA / MBA - Finance Full time

- Strong exposure to reconciliations, GST, and month-end close processes
