Job Title: Deputy General Manager - Finance (Commercial Operations & Gross to Net Sales)

Job Location - Lower Parel, Mumbai

Job Summary:

Lead commercial operations and gross-to-net sales functions, ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency. This role involves managing end-to-end operations, including chargebacks, rebates, sales returns, pricing contracts, and automation initiatives, while leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Gross-to-Net Sales Management:

- Oversee financial operations for annual gross sales exceeding

- Manage processes for chargebacks, rebates, sales returns, Medicaid, and other pricing adjustments

- Ensure accurate accounting and reporting in compliance with internal and external guidelines

Customer & Credit Management:

- Maintain customer account reconciliations, resolve disputes, and monitor aging reports

- Ensure timely collections and effective credit monitoring for improved cash flow

- Collaborate with sales teams to update contracts and pricing data accurately

Process Optimization & Automation:

- Drive RPA and automation projects to enhance operational efficiency

- Lead software migrations

- Identify process improvement areas and collaborate with IT for implementation

Audit & Compliance:

- Coordinate with internal and external audit teams to ensure compliance

- Respond to audit queries with complete and timely information

Key Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant with 15+ years of experience in business finance, commercial operations, and gross-to-net sales in the pharmaceutical or allied industries.

- Proven expertise in handling large-scale operations with significant financial impact.

- Hands-on experience with SAP (FICO), Vistex, and other finance tools.

- Experience in managing American market operations.

- Strong background in statutory audits and MIS reporting.
