Job Description:
- Drive overall Employee Relations (ER) strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
- Design, implement, and monitor ER policies, procedures, and frameworks.
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Manage industrial relations, union interactions, negotiations, and settlements.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Represent the organization in labor courts, conciliation, and legal proceedings.
- Partner with leadership to maintain a stable, compliant, and productive workforce.
- Lead ER teams and mentor HR stakeholders in manufacturing/auto environments.
