Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Corporate Accounts function across business divisions.
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures.
- Oversee Financial Reporting, MIS, Balance Sheet reviews, and General Ledger reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and applicable Accounting Standards.
- Lead Statutory, Internal, Tax, and Cost Audits.
- Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Banking, and Working Capital processes.
- Strengthen internal controls, governance, and finance process automation.
- Lead and mentor a large finance team while partnering with senior business leadership.
Desired Profile:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory.
- 12-18 years of progressive experience in Corporate Finance & Accounts.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading large accounting teams.
- Mandatory experience with a manufacturing/export-oriented organization having an annual turnover of 3,000+ crore.
- Strong expertise in Financial Reporting, Balance Sheet Management, MIS, Audits, Statutory Compliance, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent).
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and analytical skills.
