We are looking for a Deputy General Manager (DGM) - Process Excellence & Transformation for a publicly listed company with a national presence based at Gurgaon.

Mandatory Certification: Six Sigma Black Belt Certified
Role Purpose:
The DGM - Process Excellence & Transformation will lead enterprise-wide process re-engineering, operational excellence, and governance initiatives across the Digital & IT function. The role will drive business process transformation, standardization, and continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, project delivery effectiveness, and governance maturity. The incumbent will work closely with business and technology leaders to institutionalize best practices, strengthen SOP governance, and deliver measurable business value through process-led transformation.
Executive Summary:
A strategic leadership role reporting to the CDIO, responsible for driving process excellence, performance improvement, SOP governance, and successful execution of digital transformation initiatives through Lean Six Sigma-led process re-engineering and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process Excellence & Transformation:
- Drive process re-engineering and continuous improvement across IT and digital transformation programs.
2. Performance Improvement:
- Lead operational excellence initiatives focused on cost, quality, service levels, and productivity.
3. SOP Governance:
- Establish and govern IT and business SOPs, policies, and process documentation.
4. Program Governance & Execution:
- Support planning, governance, and execution of strategic digital transformation initiatives.
5. Stakeholder & Change Management:
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and process discipline.
