About the Role

We are seeking a visionary brand leader to take ownership of sales, margin growth, product mix strategy, and P&L performance for high-growth beauty brands. As DGM - Brand Manager, you will oversee strategic planning for your trading division, integrating business, HR, marketing, and trading functions, all while ensuring exceptional customer experience and uncompromised brand integrity.

Key Responsibilities

- You will drive sales, profitability, and margin growth by defining and executing strategic business plans that align with market trends and risk management objectives. This includes developing product mix strategies, overseeing distribution and stock levels, and monitoring brand performance metrics to optimize results.

- You will collaborate with Finance and Regional VPs for monthly brand reviews, lead forecasting for new launches, and ensure optimal inventory planning. The role involves conducting door-level P&L analysis, competitive benchmarking, and maintaining brand standards across all touchpoints - from people and materials to store environments. You will address channel-level challenges, identify market opportunities, and lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams to ensure long-term success.

Required Qualifications

- MBA or Degree in Beauty, Fashion, or Retail Management (NIFT or similar preferred). Minimum 8 years' experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle retail, with expertise in brand management, trading, and merchandising. Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to drive P&L, sales, and margin growth. Deep understanding of beauty categories, including color cosmetics, fragrance, and skincare.

- Strategic thinker with strong commercial and analytical acumen. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. Proven track record in managing high-growth brands, executing strategic plans, and delivering business results. In-depth knowledge of merchandising, trading, and inventory dynamics.
