About the Client
Presently we are working with Multinationals Companies in #Testing, #Inspection & #Certification - #tic Industry dealing in servicing the following industries Coal, Mineral, Non ferrous etc.
Position - Deputy Country Manager DCM
Location - China (Chinese Origin)
Skills - Business acumen, Strategic thinking, Negotiation skill and Team management. Must know the local geographical business pockets and fluent in local language along with English
KRA:
1. Responsible for Safe working practices across country.
2. Customer meetings for business development independently and in coordination with Country Manager.
3. Ensure old customers in order to retain business by knowing their company background as per present scenario and past relationship with our company.
4. Responsible and ensure both Topline and bottom-line are achieved including realization of dues.
5. Monitor, maintain and ensure 100% service level in each activities through recognition of present and future bottlenecks and by initiating and implementing methods and strategy to overcome the same.
6. Monitor, ensure and implement functioning of the lab as per defined standards, SOP and norms to maintain 100% accuracy level & quick TAT.
7. Develop cost effective strategies for rendering value added services.
8. Ensure compliance to both external certification standards and internal standards & audits.
9. Develop, nurture and build a team through periodic team building activities.
10. Ensure all statutory requirements are complied as per law of the land.
11. Ensure smooth functioning of accounts and monitor best accounting practices.
12. Ensure smooth implementation of organization's policy, practices, instructions etc in the country.
Eligibility Criteria
- Engineering Graduate /Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Candidate with Chinese Origin is required to apply
- Min 10 years of hands-on experience out of which last 3 years with Inspection, Testing and Certification (TIC) industry. Coal, Mineral, non-ferrous are preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill.
