Deputy Chief Financial Officer - CA/ICWA

Major Responsibilities:

- Responsible to oversee the management of Finance, Accounts and Taxation

- Responsible for the Bank's finances through all Necessary financial controls, systems and processes.

- Implementation of policies related to Finance, Accounts and Taxation Development

- Accounting & adherence to accounting standards applicable for the bank.

- Issuance of standard operating procedure and manual for finance related processes.

- All work related to statutory audit such as appointment, Allocation of branches/offices for statutory audit, Liaison, Payment of fees & allowances, performance reporting to RBI etc

- Compilation of profit and loss account and balance sheet including foreign offices and its consolidation.

- Preparation/ Compilation of disclosure including regulatory disclosures and disclosures as per accounting standards/ Disclosure policy, accounting standards.

- Timely submission of data/information/return related to GST as per the provisions of GST Act.

Education & Experience:

- Qualified CA / ICWA with 20-30 years of overall experience

- Should have at least 5 years of experience of leading overall Finance and accounts function with a Banking Institution

- Candidates working with public sector bank / Nationalized Banks / Small Finance Bank / Micro Finance Bank / NBFC's
