Deputy Chief Financial Officer

Description:

- Review financial health of the company periodically and act as growth CFO for achieving the Business Plan.

- Present Audit Committee Reports /Board Reports

- Monthly review Financials and suggest Insights to take corrective actions.

- Review and ensure internal controls are effective

- Analyze factory KPI and suggests ways and means for improvement.

- Minimum 20 years of hands on experience including exposure to corporate set up and involved in Board related matters.

- Handling statutory audit, tax audit, internal audit and worked in SAP environment.

- Experience in managing Chief Finance Office role for the last 2 years in a Listed entity with above Rs.1000 Crores turnover.

- Working experience in manufacturing companies is also a prerequisite.

- Knowledge of IndAS, CARO, schedule III requirements, Risk Assessment and Audit standards

- Good exposure in implementing digitization of business processes

- Leadership qualities in managing multiple units/plants.

- Encourage cross functional teams for achieving new Initiatives
