- A leading diversified Indian business group is launching a greenfield bulk chemical venture, backed by strong promoter involvement and a clear international market focus.

- We are looking for a seasoned Deputy CEO to build and lead this business from the ground up.

Location: Delhi/NCR (Corporate Office)

- Extensive travel during project & commissioning phase

Key Mandate:

- Lead end-to-end greenfield project execution

- Drive plant commissioning & operational readiness

- Build the commercial & organizational framework

- Develop international market strategy

- Take full P&L ownership post-commissioning

Ideal Profile:

- 15+ years of experience

- Proven Business Head / P&L leadership experience

- Strong exposure to bulk / petrochemical / chemical industries/manufacturing/process

- Experience in greenfield projects & plant operations

- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical orientation
