Role Objective: To partner with the HR Head and cross-functional teams to foster a positive and engaging work environment, drive effective implementation of HR policies and processes, and strengthen talent management, engagement, and retention initiatives.
1. Workforce Planning:
- Support annual manpower and talent planning in alignment with business objectives and budgets.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify current and future staffing needs.
- Assist in tracking and monitoring headcount against approved plans to ensure optimal workforce utilization.
2. Induction & Onboarding:
- Manage the induction process to ensure seamless integration and engagement of new employees.
- Conduct orientation sessions and coordinate with departments for a smooth onboarding experience.
3. Employee Relations:
- Act as a key contact for employee queries on HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
- Mediate and support the resolution of employee issues in line with company policies and values.
- Foster a positive organizational culture through proactive communication and engagement.
4. Performance Management:
- Coordinate annual and mid-year performance review cycles, ensuring timely completion and documentation.
- Support the implementation of feedback mechanisms and performance improvement plans (PIPs).
- Partner with managers to align individual goals with business objectives.
5. Training & Development:
- Coordinate learning and development programs, workshops, and capability-building initiatives in coordination with L&D Department.
- Support career development and succession planning processes.
6. Policy Implementation & Compliance:
- Ensure HR policies are implemented consistently and comply with statutory requirements.
- Oversee and ensure employee records, contracts, and documents are kept up to date as per compliance standards.
7. HR Analytics & Reporting:
- Maintain HR dashboards and analytics related to attrition, engagement, and talent health.
- Generate reports to support data-driven decisions in workforce planning, retention, and employee satisfaction.
8. Employee Engagement:
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, analysis, and action planning.
- Organize engagement events and recognition programs to promote a cohesive and motivated culture.
9. HR Projects:
- Contribute to HR transformation, digitalization, and process improvement initiatives.
- Support change management and communication strategies for new HR systems or policies.
Desired Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with discretion.
- Sound understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret HR data.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
