Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution & Management:

- Focus on the day-to-day hands-on execution and management of Retail Media campaigns (e.g., Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP, display ads) on platforms like Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Criteo, Walmart Connect, etc.

- Implement tactical optimizations, including bid adjustments, keyword refinement, budget pacing, and audience targeting to ensure optimal campaign performance.

- Perform meticulous Quality Assurance (QA) checks on campaign setups, ad copy, landing pages, and tracking to ensure accuracy and prevent errors.

- Responsible for campaign trafficking and ensuring ads are launched correctly and on schedule.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

- Proactively review and manage client campaign data across various retail media platforms to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, conversion rates, ACoS/ROAS, and other relevant KPIs.

- Develop and implement A/B tests for ad copy, creative, and targeting to drive continuous improvement.

- Provide initial insights on campaign trends, performance fluctuations, and opportunities to executives and planners for strategic discussions.

Reporting & Analysis:

- Track and report on key campaign results, gathering raw data and preparing clear, concise performance reports for clients and internal stakeholders.

- Participate actively in weekly client calls, presenting campaign updates, key insights, and upcoming initiatives.

- Assist in the development of comprehensive post-campaign analyses and performance forecasts.

Client Support & Team Collaboration:

- Support the Retail Media team in managing client accounts, ensuring timely responses to client queries and requests.

- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., SEO, content, creative, analytics) to ensure integrated strategies and seamless client delivery.

- Maintain strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.

Learning & Development:

- Stay updated with the latest trends, features, and best practices in the rapidly evolving Retail Media landscape.

- Actively participate in training sessions and knowledge sharing to enhance expertise in retail media platforms and strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns, with a strong preference for direct experience in Retail Media platforms (e.g., Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Flipkart Ads, etc.). Experience in Paid Search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) is also valuable.

Technical Proficiency:

- Proficiency with Retail Media platforms and their respective ad consoles.

- Strong command of Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).

- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics 4.

- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make data-driven recommendations.

- Attention to Detail: Meticulous and highly organized with a strong focus on accuracy and quality assurance.

- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining campaign performance and insights clearly.

- Problem-Solving: Proactive problem-solver with a strong desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

- Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related quantitative field. Relevant certifications in Amazon Ads, or other retail media platforms are a plus.
