Description: The purpose of this role is to lead and manage the implementation and execution of Paid Social campaigns and strategies and the day-to-day communication with clients to help achieve their goals.



Job Description:



Key responsibilities:



- Develops account strategy in partnership with client and Paid Social Director and is accountable for the execution of strategy and achievement of KPIs.



- Responsible for the operational success of accounts, ensures deliverables are met on time and on budget.



- Owns and manages the client strategy and plans key campaign efficiencies.



- Manages all day-to-day efforts and is the primary day-to-day SME voice to the client.



- Plans accounts and growth opportunities, working closely with the Account Directors.



- Builds strong relationships across Client Services and other channel teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



- Proven experience managing Paid Social campaigns in a digital agency or client-side environment.



- Strong understanding of major paid social platforms (Facebook/Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, X Ads, etc.).



- Ability to develop and execute data-driven strategies that drive performance.



- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into insights.



- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience managing senior stakeholders.



- Solid project management skills and the ability to handle multiple accounts or campaigns concurrently.



- Experience in client relationship management and delivering exceptional client service.



Preferred Qualifications:



- Experience mentoring junior team members or leading small account teams.



- Knowledge of attribution models, audience segmentation, and cross-channel media planning.



- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform-specific dashboards, etc.).



- Familiarity with emerging social platforms and industry trends.
