Description:

- Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and execute account strategies in partnership with clients and the PPC Director, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.


- Manage the operational success of accounts, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and meet performance targets.


- Serve as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for day-to-day client interactions and campaign execution.


- Identify growth opportunities, plan account expansions, and collaborate with Account Directors to maximize client success.


- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and proactive management of expectations.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Client Services, Analytics, and other channel teams, to optimize campaign performance.


- Monitor and report on campaign KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


- 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on PPC / paid search campaigns.


- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other paid search platforms.


- Experience in campaign strategy, execution, and optimization.


- Proven client management skills, with the ability to influence and manage expectations.


- Analytical mindset with experience in reporting, performance analysis, and data-driven decision making.


- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.


- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:


- Experience in eCommerce, D2C, or performance marketing environments.


- Familiarity with Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and attribution models.


- Certification in Google Ads or Microsoft Ads is a plus.
