Key Responsibilities:

Paid Social Strategy & Leadership:


- Develop comprehensive Paid Social account strategies in close partnership with clients and the Paid Social Director, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and marketing goals.


- Be fully accountable for the execution of these strategies and the achievement of defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across all assigned client accounts.


- Lead the planning and execution of key campaign initiatives, identifying efficiencies and optimizing performance to maximize client ROI.


- Stay at the forefront of paid social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies, integrating new features and best practices into client strategies.

Campaign Management & Execution:


- Oversee and manage all aspects of day-to-day Paid Social campaign operations, including campaign setup, budget management, bid strategy, audience targeting, ad creative review, and performance analysis across various platforms (e.g., Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat).


- Ensure all campaign deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


- Proactively identify opportunities for campaign optimization, A/B testing, and audience expansion to continuously improve performance.

Client Relationship & Communication:


- Serve as the primary day-to-day Subject Matter Expert (SME) voice to the client, providing strategic guidance, performance updates, and actionable insights.


- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients through regular, proactive, and transparent communication.


- Lead client meetings, presentations, and performance reviews, effectively communicating complex data and strategies in a clear and compelling manner.


- Manage client expectations regarding campaign performance, timelines, and scope.

Account Growth & Financial Management:


- Responsible for the operational success of assigned accounts, ensuring profitability and efficient resource utilization.


- Actively identify and plan for account growth opportunities, working closely with Account Directors to expand services and demonstrate incremental value to clients.


- Ensure accurate budget pacing and financial reconciliation for all campaigns.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:


- Build strong collaborative relationships across Client Services teams and other channel teams (e.g., SEO, SEM, Creative, Analytics) to ensure integrated and holistic client solutions.


- Provide expertise and support to new business pitches and proposals when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


- Experience: 4-6 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing large-scale Paid Social campaigns, preferably within a digital marketing agency setting.


- Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge and proven experience with major paid social platforms (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, X Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).


- Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective Paid Social strategies that align with client business objectives and drive measurable results.


- Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations and optimizations. Proficiency with reporting tools and platforms.


- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly, concisely, and persuasively to clients and internal stakeholders.


- Client Management: Proven experience in managing client relationships, setting expectations, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.


- Budget Management: Strong understanding of media buying principles and experience managing significant advertising budgets effectively.


- Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail in campaign setup, execution, and reporting.


- Proactive & Problem-Solver: A self-starter who takes initiative, anticipates challenges, and proposes effective solutions.


- Education: Master's/ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Blueprint, Google Ads Social Media Certifications) are highly preferred.
