Key Responsibilities


Strategic Planning & Leadership:


- Develop account strategies in partnership with clients and the PPC Director.

- Translate client objectives into performance-driven paid media strategies and plans.

- Ensure campaigns are designed to meet and exceed KPIs and business goals.

Campaign Management & Execution:

- Own and manage end-to-end client strategy, including planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.

- Drive key campaign efficiencies through data-led insights, budget allocation, and bidding strategies.

- Ensure all deliverables are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with best practices.

- Monitor campaign performance daily and implement optimization recommendations.

Client Relationship Management:

- Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact and subject-matter expert for clients.

- Provide clear communication, performance insights, and strategic recommendations.

- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Partner closely with Account Directors to align on client goals, account plans, and growth opportunities.

- Collaborate with Client Services, Creative, Analytics, and other digital channel teams to ensure integrated campaign success.

- Share cross-channel insights and identify opportunities to enhance multi-channel performance.

Operational Excellence:

- Oversee account operations, ensuring accuracy in campaign setup, pacing, tracking, and reporting.

- Maintain strong quality-control processes and ensure adherence to platform best practices.

- Contribute to process improvements, knowledge sharing, and team development.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong experience in Paid Media management (PPC, Display, Social, Programmatic).

- Expertise in major platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.

- Proven ability to develop and execute ROI-driven digital marketing strategies.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.

- Excellent communication skills and experience managing client relationships.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.


Preferred Qualifications


- Experience managing large-scale performance marketing budgets.

- Knowledge of analytics and tracking tools (GA4, Tag Manager, Data Studio, etc.).

- Familiarity with bid management or automation tools.

- Experience mentoring junior team members.

- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar platforms.
