Role Summary

We are hiring a Senior Manager - Marketing to lead our brand and performance marketing efforts. This role will drive strategic campaigns, digital growth, customer engagement, and brand visibility across online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies.

- Lead performance marketing (Google, Meta, SEO/SEM, email).

- Manage brand communication, campaigns & product launches.

- Lead a high-performing in-house marketing team.

- Analyze campaign data and optimize for ROI.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and design teams.

- Manage marketing budgets effectively.

Key Requirements

- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related field.

- 6-10 years of marketing experience; e-commerce or healthtech preferred.

- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools & analytics.

- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
