About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and market-driven Manager Structured Cabling Solutions (SCS) to lead product growth, sales development, and market penetration across assigned regions. The role involves managing profitability, working cross-functionally to build competitive product strategies, and expanding the dealer and SI network for Structured Cabling products such as passive components, Cat6, optical fiber, patch panels, patch cords, raiser cables, and JFTC.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the vision, strategy, and profitability of the SCS product line.

- Collaborate with internal teams to drive business decisions and long-term product strategies aligned with corporate goals.

- Identify, onboard, and manage financially strong and reliable dealers, distributors, and franchise partners.

- Monitor, guide, and evaluate dealer sales and marketing activities to achieve revenue and collection targets.

- Lead Sales & Business Development activities across West India or assigned region for Structured Cabling Solutions.

- Drive engagement with consultants, EPC contractors, system integrators, end users, and project stakeholders.

- Develop industrial and end-customer accounts for domestic and industrial SCS products.

- Drive product specification inclusion in BOQs, tenders, and project proposals to secure brand approvals.

- Conduct market, customer, competitor, and technology research to support product enhancement and user satisfaction.

- Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and marketing teams to support product roadmap development.

- Recommend pricing strategies for existing and new SCS products.

- Interact regularly with customers and sales teams to address technical queries and improve customer experience.

- Generate sales enquiries and work closely with the dealer/SI ecosystem in both B2B and B2C segments.

Required Skill Sets

- Strong knowledge of Structured Cabling Solutions including Cat6, fiber optics, passive components, patch panels, patch cords, and related SCS products.

- Proven experience in dealer management, channel sales, and project-based selling.

- Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

- Ability to work closely with consultants, EPCs, system integrators, and large enterprise customers.

- Good understanding of BOQ preparation, specifications, and tender processes.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and technical selling skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market and competitor trends.

- Ability to coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and manufacturing teams.

- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple regions or accounts.
