Responsibilities: - Analyze data related to website traffic, user behavior, marketing campaigns, and other digital channels. - Identify areas for improvement in digital operations and user experience. - Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize processes and workflows. - Create insightful reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the impact of implemented solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, IT, product) to ensure alignment and effective execution. - Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends and best practices in analytics. - Possess a strong understanding of digital analytics tools and platforms. - May be involved in automation efforts to improve efficiency (a plus). Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred). - 2-3 years of experience in a digital marketing or operations analyst role. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e. , Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau). - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills. - Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. - Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations. - A strategic mindset with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement. - Experience with project management methodologies (e. , Agile) is a plus. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
