Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead the human resources function at Della Luxury Products, Mumbai.
The HR Manager will play a key role in building a strong organizational culture, driving HR initiatives, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution across all HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with company objectives.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes for all departments.
- Oversee employee engagement, welfare activities, and grievance handling to ensure a positive work culture.
- Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisal cycles, and feedback mechanisms.
- Implement learning & development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
- Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other HR-related regulations.
- Manage payroll inputs, compensation & benefits, and HR data management.
- Partner with business heads to identify manpower requirements and workforce planning.
- Foster effective communication across all levels of the organization.
- Lead disciplinary processes, conflict resolution, and employee relations management.
- Drive HR digitalization, reporting, and MIS for management decision-making.
Job Expectations
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Hands-on experience in HR systems, payroll, and MIS reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Location: Mumbai Dadar (Della Luxury Products Head Office)
6 days working.
May involve occasional travel as per business requirements.
Minimum Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
Minimum Job Experience: 7-12 years of experience in HR, with at least 3+ years in a managerial role.
