Role Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager - Recruitment / IT Staffing to lead and manage end-to-end hiring across IT and BFSI domains.
- The role involves ownership of overall delivery, client satisfaction, bulk and niche hiring, contract/FTE recruitment, and P&L responsibility.
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to IT hiring (programming languages, SAP, AWS, Azure, BFSI technologies), proven expertise in RPO models, and the ability to drive both volume hiring and leadership-level mandates.
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Delivery Management:
- Act as the single point of contact for clients, ensuring delivery excellence across IT & BFSI hiring requirements.
- Manage large-scale recruitment delivery, including bulk hiring, niche skills, and leadership positions.
- Ensure client satisfaction through proactive updates, stakeholder engagement, and alignment with business objectives.
- Drive RPO engagements and manage long-term delivery models for strategic accounts.
Recruitment Delivery & Execution:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Manage hiring for technologies including Java, Python, .NET, SAP, AWS, Azure, DevOps, BFSI platforms, and emerging tech.
- Handle both permanent (FTE) and contract staffing requirements.
- Build and optimize talent pipelines through internal databases, job portals, professional networks, and modern platforms (including ChatGPT/AI-driven sourcing).
Team Leadership & Process Management:
- Lead and mentor recruitment teams to achieve hiring targets and delivery SLAs.
- Drive best practices in candidate assessment, technical evaluation, and client reporting.
- Optimize recruitment processes to reduce time-to-fill, improve candidate quality, and ensure scalability.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align hiring strategies with overall business goals.
Business & P&L Responsibility:
- Own delivery targets and profitability metrics for assigned accounts/projects.
- Track, monitor, and report delivery performance, hiring efficiency, and business impact.
- Work closely with leadership to forecast demand, allocate resources, and achieve revenue goals.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of IT & BFSI technologies (programming languages, cloud platforms, ERP, BFSI systems).
- Proven expertise in bulk hiring, niche hiring, and leadership-level recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in RPO delivery models.
- Experience managing both FTE and contract staffing solutions.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms, internal databases, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics.
- Exposure to AI-driven hiring tools (ChatGPT, sourcing automation, assessment platforms).
- Strong leadership, client management, and stakeholder handling skills.
- Ability to manage delivery P&L, targets, and business growth metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field.
- 6+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3+ years in a delivery management or leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated success in managing large accounts, high-volume hiring, and technology-driven recruitment delivery.
