- Manage Delivery of processes in P&C Domain UW/Claims

- Team Management 70+ Associates

- Ensuring regular contact / Governance with Customers

- Provide necessary reports to Internal and external stakeholders

- Identify opportunities to continuously improve processes

- Ensuring compliance with regulations / Internal, customer policies and requirements
