Role Overview:

As the Delivery Head - Account & Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of finance and accounting services to our clients. You will lead a team of finance professionals, ensuring high-quality service delivery, client satisfaction, and adherence to financial regulations. This role involves close collaboration with clients to understand their needs, managing internal teams to execute deliverables, and working with senior management to drive strategic initiatives. Your work will directly impact client financial health, operational efficiency, and overall business success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of accounting and finance professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure optimal team performance.

- Oversee the delivery of comprehensive accounting and financial services to clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and addressing their financial needs and concerns effectively.

- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and audit procedures to safeguard client assets and ensure the integrity of financial reporting.

- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery, reducing costs and improving client satisfaction.

- Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions to achieve financial targets.

- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and regulatory filings.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development efforts, including proposal development, client presentations, and contract negotiations.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large teams of finance and accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

- Proven expertise in financial reporting, accounting principles, internal controls, audit procedures, cost accounting, and budgeting.

- Exceptional account management and client relationship skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex financial issues effectively.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate financial information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance from a reputed institution.

- Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
