Responsibilities:
- Decoding briefs and executing youth marketing solutions that can be translated into achievable business objectives.
- Briefing and coordinating with agencies, students, communities for various brand briefs, events, webinars, live sessions, videos, queries, deliveries, and campaigns.
- Effective and efficient end-to-end servicing deliveries right from pitching to final execution.
- Extracting accurate reports for performance analysis and optimizing overall brand experience post campaign completion.
- Co-ordination with cross functional teams to ensure smooth delivery, right content guidelines and quality campaign implementation.
- Day to Day reach outs to student creators/community/college promoters for campaign executions and closures.
- Develop a deeper understanding of the student market universe from both the brand and student lens to offer holistic solutions.
- Identifying, tracking new trends and formats in influencer marketing universe and how they can be adapted to our business model.
- Planning and managing multiple projects and executing in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Understanding data metrics as a key to driving marketing innovations and being able to link KPIs to offer meaningful unique solutions.
Requirements:
- 7 to 10 years of experience in youth marketing, brand solutions, or campaign execution.
- Strong coordination skills with agencies, students, and internal teams.
- Basic understanding of marketing metrics and performance reporting.
- Awareness of youth trends and influencer marketing formats.
- Good communication, multitasking, and project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
