Delhivery - Senior Manager - Treasury

Prior experience in Treasury is must

Key responsibilities:

- Identify short term investment opportunities in ON, Liquid fund, Money Market fund, FD (with Banks & NBFC), Bonds and Arbitrage Funds. Propose options in consultation with the Investment advisors

- Process daily investment & redemptions, report investment rationale with supporting documents

- Ensure compliance with Investment policy & internal control requirements

- Liase will all external partners and advisors such as investment firms, banks, fin-tech partners etc.

- Monitoring daily balances across bank accounts and process inter-bank fund transfers for pooling surplus for short term investments

- Work closely with AP & AR team to prepare & update cash flow forecast and analyze variances

- Work closely with banking partners for debt, investments, fx and CMS solutions

- Negotiate and book Fx spot rates using Fx terminal and maintain trade data

- Vetting BG drafts and processing BG issuances, monitor open BG/Limits with Banks and coordinate with internal teams and Bank for timely discharge of expired BG

- Support in CMS process optimization efforts

- Explore and implement digital payment solutions in Banking Ops

- Interact closely with Treasury Head and CFO to ensure the principles of safety, liquidity and returns are consistently adhered to
