Senior Associate - Automation This role requires the individual to take end-to-end ownership of deployment of Automation solution across multiple Fulfilment Centers and Hubs across the network Responsibilities: - Solution Development - Identify vendors and jointly develop the solution for automation with the vendor - Implementation - Project manage the installation of automation solutions and help in ramp-up of the process - Adoption - Hand-hold the ground operations team in implementation of new processes and help in value realization Requirements: - 2-5 years of work-experience required - Prior experience in deployment and adoption of automation solutions across Warehouses or Factories will be an added advantage - B.
