Location : Bhopal/Jaipur/Ahmedabad (Initial Work location will be Mumbai)


Note :


- Candidate will be based for initiate period of 6-9 months in Mumbai post which he will be moving to either of the locations - Bhopal/Jaipur/Ahmedabad.

Job Summary : The role is to increase the top line by ideating and innovating new ways of selling, experiment with new ideas and scale up the same and get ready to graduate to the higher roles.


Responsibilities :

- Driving the revenue numbers and revenue growth.

- Identifying new revenue opportunities in terms of categories of business and clientele.

- Analyze the opportunities in a given geographies and planning initiatives to bridge the gaps.

- Identifying 'big days" opportunities and and come up with the new ideas to make them big.

- Understanding client's needs and offering appropriate solutions.

- Study trends in various categories, understand needs and come up with new solutions (to meet the client needs).

- Ideation and innovating around new thoughts and initiative to enhance the revenue.

- Experimenting with the new revenue ideas and scaling them up.

- Understanding the impact of the new initiatives, analyzing and coming up with the required corrective actions.

- Hand Holding the Unit teams to implement new thoughts / ideas.

- Develop and maintain long term relationships with new and existing clients and agencies.

- Delivering creative content solutions to help client's brands with maximum outreach against their investment.

- Achieving revenue targets and enabling team to achieve the same.

Knowledge & Skill Requirement :

- A result oriented individual with direct sales experience, with a rigorous involvement in regular client meetings, deal pitching and negotiations.

- Proactively involved in taking initiatives and implementing new ideas.

- Problem solver, eye to detail, and high on resilience.

- An agile learner, analytical thinker and a proactive executor.

- Strong experience in client relationship management.

- Strong communication skills to gain consensus both internal and external.

- In-Depth understanding of the regional markets.

- Creative seller, a person who can create compelling opportunities for clients and the company.

Geographies handled :

- Must have worked in states like Rajasthan, Gujrat and MP, CG.

Experience Required :

- 18-25 years of experience in B2B Sales in any of the industry where the person need to pitch to the SME clients.

Education : MBA from premium institutes.
