Key Responsibilities HR Policies: - Design, develop, and implement HR policies and procedures that align with Daimler's strategic objectives and promote a high-performance culture. - Regularly review, update, and enhance existing policies to ensure compliance with evolving labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices. - Collaborate with legal and industrial relations (IR) teams to interpret and incorporate labor laws into policy formation. - Continuously monitor changes in local and national labor regulations to ensure policies remain compliant and relevant. - Conduct internal audits to ensure the adherence to HR policies across departments and identify areas for improvement. - Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for employees, ensuring clear understanding and compliance with HR policies. - Communicate HR policies effectively to employees through diverse channels such as workshops, emails, and internal platforms to promote clarity and transparency. Compliances: - Lead the compliance function within HR, ensuring that all HR processes, policies, and practices meet statutory regulations, internal standards, and industry benchmarks. - Conduct regular compliance audits to assess risk, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to HR and management teams. - Provide expert guidance on HR compliance matters, advising leadership and HR teams to ensure full compliance with applicable labor and employment laws. - Develop and implement strategies to mitigate compliance risks, ensuring that all HR operations are aligned with the organization's ethical and legal standards. - Create and deliver targeted training sessions on HR compliance topics to employees and management to raise awareness and ensure adherence to regulations. Key Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, or related field. - Proven experience in designing and implementing HR policies and compliance frameworks. - Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance requirements, and regulatory frameworks in India. - Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. - Experience conducting HR audits and delivering training on policies and compliance topics.
