- Around 10 years of experience - MBA, MSW, or MHRM (Full Time) preferably from B Schools - Relevant experience of 7-10 years Role: The candidate would be responsible for partnering with leaders/managers to develop and deploy annual objectives to build a dynamic organization. Partner with HR teams (HR Operations, P&D, Payroll, Recruitment, L&D) and subject matter experts to develop and deliver integrated people and organization solutions that deliver significant and sustainable growth. Responsibilities: - Advise and coach business leaders/managers on matters related to talent management/talent development, including competency requirements & succession planning, performance & compensation management, employee engagement, retention, compliance programs, community programs, etc. - In consultation with business leaders and HR colleagues, develop and deliver an annual HR plan for meeting business needs. - Coordinate and facilitate the delivery of cyclical HR initiatives (workforce planning, new hire training, performance review, talent review, succession planning, compensation planning, and review). - Drive employee communications/engagement within the business segment. - Assist with HR communications and training of managers on new programs, systems, and processes as required. - Support compliance policies and ensure their effective implementation. - Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies. - Demonstrate excellent business acumen and competency in business partnership and HR practices. - Exhibit a self-starter attitude with accountability for results. - Build rapport quickly with senior management and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. - Collaborate globally across boundaries, disciplines, and cultures, especially in an evolving matrix environment. - Exhibit effective verbal and written communication skills accompanied by cultural sensitivity. - Demonstrate excellent planning, coordination, and organizational skills. - Read, analyze, and interpret data to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints. - Make effective and persuasive presentations on various topics to leadership. - Develop and maintain appropriate operational policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures.
