Role Overview:
- You will collaborate with internal engineering, product and pre-sales teams to present and deliver solutions that address client needs from compliance and risk management to security assessments and managed services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage understanding (or quickly learn) of cybersecurity solutions and services offered by CyRAACS (e.g. compliance, technical assessments, risk management, GRC via COMPASS).
- Develop compelling sales pitches, brochures, and competitive-intelligence content/materials.
- Reach out to prospective clients worldwide via cold-calling, emails, and other outreach channels.
- Schedule and lead client or prospect meetings (phone or in-person), respond to RFIs/RFPs, secure work orders, and close deals.
- Perform quantitative analyses, understand customer data or requirements, and build tailored proposals / Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Work to expand and deepen the client base through relationship building, marketing, promotional activities, and continuous follow-up.
- Coordinate proof-of-concept (POC) requirements with Product Management and Pre-Sales teams where needed.
- Design customized marketing/sales solutions using product/service knowledge, aligning with customer requirements for optimal outcomes.
- Identify customers business challenges and advocate appropriate solutions, ensuring excellent client experience.
- Act as the voice of the client internally work with multiple stakeholders in the organization to drive successful outcomes.
- Maintain regular contact with all clients in your market area to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide market feedback to Product Management identify gaps between product/service offerings and customer/partner demands.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree in Economics, Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or equivalent.
- 2-6 years of hands-on experience in sales, business development, consulting, or account management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivation, ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort working with large data sets.
- Strong analytical ability able to interpret data, envision outputs, and produce high-quality deliverables.
- Ability to understand business implications of team outputs; strong team-player mindset.
- Effective multitasking, prioritisation and time-management skills.
Desired / Advantageous:
- Prior experience in consulting, business development or sales preferably in IT / cybersecurity / risk & compliance / related domain.
- Good understanding of cybersecurity, IT networking, data privacy, compliance frameworks, GRC, or related domain.
- Experience with lead generation, CRM tools, sales reporting, and structured prospecting.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Market research / prospecting ability capable of identifying client needs, market trends, and tailoring pitches accordingly.
- Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving orientation.
What Youll Do Day-to-Day:
- Outreach to new prospects globally cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and manage CRM.
- Develop sales and marketing collateral (pitch decks, brochures, competitive analysis).
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, understand their needs/requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, pre-sales, product, management) to craft proposals / SOWs / POCs.
- Respond to RFIs / RFPs, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Provide feedback from clients and market to product management highlight gaps and feature requests.
- Nurture client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
