We are partnering with a leading enterprise technology company to hire a CXO-level leader - a pivotal role responsible for driving strategic growth, building scalable operations, and strengthening global market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute long-term strategy, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.

- Lead product innovation and customer-centric solutions in the B2B SaaS/enterprise technology domain.

- Drive global expansion and partnerships while deepening presence in existing markets.

- Build high-performing leadership teams and foster a culture of agility, accountability, and innovation.

- Engage closely with customers, investors, and key stakeholders to position the organization as a market leader.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 18-25 years of experience with at least 7-10 years in senior leadership roles within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.

- Proven track record of scaling organizations and managing global P&L.

- Strong strategic orientation with hands-on operational depth.

- Exposure to product-driven business models and customer-first cultures.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- MBA/Tier-1 degree preferred but not mandatory.
