Customer Support/Relations Manager - ERP, needed for an Education Group in Gurgaon. (Immediate joining) Role - - Must know his/her target market well and have the ability to create campaigns that grab the attention of customers and solves their problems. - Must have knowledge & experience with gathering and analyzing data to help understand customer base and come up with suggestions for improving the existing strategy. - Ensure regular contact with existing clients to maintain our company's presence. - Propose and deliberate potential solutions for implementation in consultation with clients. - Provide periodic training to existing schools and new school deployment. - Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction. - Prepare and execute customer training. - Ensure excellent client experience for existing customers. - Lead and coordinate for customer onboarding process - This role also requires candidate to travel to client location as and when required. Experience: - 3 - 5 years in the relevant field. - Added advantage if the person has connects at Schools / pre-schools. Age - 30 or less Qualification - MCA/B.Tech Skills - - Good Communication and Inter-personal Skills. Proactive and self driven. Strong Analytical skills. - Exceptional skills in coordinating tasks and activities at various levels in the organization. - Good documentation and writing skills. Should be able to talk in data terms and statements and inferences are backed by quantifiable data. - Local candidates need to apply. Preference to those who can join immediately.
