We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to join our team. The role involves driving customer adoption, ensuring long-term retention, and building trusted relationships that translate into business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring smooth onboarding, adoption, and engagement.
- Partner with clients to understand their business objectives and help them derive maximum value from our solutions.
- Proactively monitor account health, identify risks/opportunities, and implement action plans.
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with the Sales team.
- Conduct business reviews with key stakeholders to track ROI and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support teams to resolve customer challenges and improve overall experience.
- Represent the customer voice internally, providing feedback to influence product roadmap and service improvements.
