
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager/Enterprise Relationship Manager to join our team at to lead relationships and farming revenue of existing clients and partners. The customers would large Indian enterprises or public sector entities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and grow customer revenue post-sale, ensuring retention, satisfaction, and account expansion.
- Build trusted, long-term executive relationships with customer stakeholders (CXOs, HODs etc)
- Create and standardize account wise playbooks and reviews to drive engagement and create value for clients, partners and link product outcomes to the client's business goals
- Convert satisfied customers into advocates and references (testimonials, case studies).
- Monitor and improve customer usage and satisfaction, proactively identifying areas for improvement and working with cross-functional teams to address them, specially product teams to propose expansion plans aligned with customer goals
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- 10-12+ years of experience in customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS or Tech companies
- Proven history of meeting sales/revenue targets
- Exposure to public sector is a plus point
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
- Ability to develop customer success strategies, and analyze and report on key metricstions
Qualification: BE with MBA
