We are looking for a highly driven Customer Success Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in strengthening client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is an individual contributor (IC) role, ideal for someone with deep expertise in managing enterprise clients, preferably within Fleet Management or SaaS industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end client relationship management, ensuring high retention and satisfaction levels.
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Drive adoption of fleet management solutions, ensuring measurable business impact for clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, and Operations) to resolve client issues and drive value delivery.
- Monitor key account metrics, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
- Upsell and cross-sell solutions to maximize account growth.
Key Requirements:
- 8-15 years of experience in Customer Success / Account Management / Enterprise
Relationship Management.
- Strong domain knowledge in Fleet Management / SaaS / Enterprise Solutions.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise clients and delivering on retention and growth targets.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
