Role Overview:
The Customer Outcomes Manager owns value realization, executive confidence, and revenue expansion within existing accounts. This role ensures that what Vibrium sells translates into measurable business outcomes and that delivered value becomes the foundation for cross-sell, upsell, and use-case expansion.
This is not a support or account management role. It sits at the intersection of business outcomes, executive communication, and data storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define, track, and validate customer success metrics tied to business outcomes
- Own outcome narratives and communicate value clearly to executive stakeholders
- Build measurement frameworks linking Vibrium usage to business impact
- Lead QBRs, executive reviews, and outcome validation conversations
- Identify and qualify cross-sell, upsell, and use-case expansion opportunities within accounts
- Partner with Enterprise Account Executives on expansion strategy and commercial discussions
- Align closely with AI Solutions Architects to ensure delivered capabilities map to promised outcomes
