Hiring: AI-Driven Customer Operations & Strategy Head

About the Role:

We're looking for someone who can transform Customer Success through AI, automation, and process redesign.

This is not a traditional Customer Success role. You'll identify repetitive work, implement scalable solutions, and help Customer Success teams spend less time on support and more time on retention, growth, and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze Customer Success and Support workflows to identify inefficiencies.

- Drive AI and automation initiatives to reduce manual work.

- Partner with Product, Operations, and Leadership to solve business problems.

- Build scalable processes that improve customer experience and team productivity.

- Improve retention, expansion revenue, and operational efficiency.

- Define and track key operational metrics.

Requirements:

Must Have:

- 5+ years in Strategy & Ops, Business Operations, Founder's Office, Product Operations, Consulting, or Customer Operations.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.

- Ability to convert business problems into scalable solutions.

Preferred:

- SaaS, Creator Economy, Marketplace, or B2B experience.

- Experience with AI tools, workflow automation, and operational systems.

- Exposure to Customer Success or Product Management.
