Job Overview:

CT Automotive Group is a UK-headquartered supplier of high-quality interior components to the global automotive industry, with manufacturing facilities in China, Turkey and Mexico.

Responsible for day-to-day management of all finance functions across the group.

The role includes strong financial control, review of all outputs before submission to senior management, and leadership of the finance team to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Financial Control & Oversight:

- Oversee day-to-day finance operations across all entities.

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial reporting.

- Maintain strong internal control frameworks.

- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and P&L.

MIS & Reporting Review:

- Review monthly MIS and management reporting packs.

- Ensure accuracy before submission to management.

- Review balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis.

- Ensure consistency in reporting.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and manage finance team across locations.

- Drive performance management and accountability.

- Review team outputs and ensure quality.

- Manage delivery timelines.

Audit & Compliance:

- Lead external and internal audits.

- Ensure audit-ready documentation.

- Review schedules and respond to audit queries.

- Ensure IFRS and statutory compliance.

Internal Controls & Governance:

- Strengthen internal financial controls.

- Identify risks and implement improvements.

- Ensure adherence to group policies.

Travel:

- Willingness to travel across locations for finance review and coordination.
