
CSRBOX is looking for a dynamic and strategic communications leader to drive brand visibility, storytelling, and reputation management across multiple impact-driven initiatives. The role requires expertise in integrated communication planning, media management, internal communications, and digital campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Communication Leadership:
- Design and execute integrated communication strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Champion CSRBOX's brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across platforms
- Strengthen reputation and thought-leadership positioning in the impact sector
Content Development & Editorial Oversight:
- Lead creation of high-quality communication assets-articles, blogs, reports, campaigns, executive messages
- Finalize scripts, speeches, presentations, and event branding
- Ensure editorial alignment with brand standards and tone
Media Relations & Crisis Communication:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, and PR networks
- Draft press releases, media kits, and manage coverage
- Act as spokesperson & support crisis communication strategies
Digital & Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute communication campaigns for events, initiatives, launches, reports
- Oversee social media strategy with clear KPIs and analytics
- Manage website updates, SEO coordination, and visibility enhancements
- Internal Communications & Culture Branding - Develop internal newsletters, leadership messages, and engagement initiatives
- Strengthen team culture through communication that supports values and transparency
Event Communication & Partnerships:
- Lead communication needs for conferences, partnerships, and thought-leadership platforms
- Manage branding, press interactions, and content dissemination at key events
Team Leadership & Capacity Building:
- Mentor communication and design teams, ensuring timely output and creative quality
- Coordinate with cross-functional units to support program communication requirements
- Analytics, Reporting & Process Improvement
- Track communication performance using analytics tools
- Provide insights to improve content quality and outreach results
- Optimize communication processes and brand governance
Mandatory Qualification And Experience:
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in corporate communications, PR agency, or impact sector
- Proven success in driving major campaigns, brand storytelling, and media engagement
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management & collaboration skills
- Expertise in digital communication & reporting tools (Analytics, SEO, CRM, Canva/Adobe Suite)
